1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down keys and POWER for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when the OPPO logo appears.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select English and confirm with POWER button.

5. Select Wipe Data and Cache using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to make the choice.

6. You need to confirm the reset operation, select Yes and confirm with the POWER button.

7. Select Restart and OK, confirm with the POWER button.
