1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.
2. Press for a couple of seconds simultaneously the Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER .
3. When the Qmobile logo appears, release the POWER button.
4. When information about Recovery Mode appears, release the Volume Up(+) button.
