1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. At the same time, press and hold the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. When the QMOBILE logo appears on the phone screen, release both buttons.

4. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset. To move through the menu, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys and click the POWER button to continue.

5. Now, confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
