1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Now, press and hold the POWER button along with the Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. When the QMobile logo appears on the smartphone screen, release all the keys and wait for the Android logo appear and press the POWER button.

4. Select in the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Down(-) button for scrolling and the Volume Up(+) button to select.

5. Select in the Yes - Delete All user Data menu and press the Volume Up(+) button to select.

6. Select in the reboot system now menu and click the Volume Up(+) button to select.
