1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key for a few seconds.

3. Release the keys when the QMOBILE logo appears.

4. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset moving around the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys, and press the POWER button.

5. Select from the menu "Yes - Delete All User Data" and press the POWER button.

6. Select from the menu reboot system now and press the POWER button.
