1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. Now, release the POWER button when the QMOBILE logo appears.

4. Press the POWER button when the Android robot logo appears on the screen.

5. Select in the menu wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to select.

6. Select in the menu "Yes - Delete All user data" Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button for choice.

7. Select in the menu "reboot system now" and press the POWER button to select.
