1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. After that, release the retained buttons when the menu with two options appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+) button to select from the Recovery mode menu.

5. When the Android robot logo appears on the phone screen, press the POWER button.

6. To select from the menu wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and press the POWER button to confirm .

7. Select Yes - Delete all User Data and press the POWER button to confirm.

8. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
