1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER and POWER simultaneously.

3. Next, you need to release the POWER button when the QMobile logo appears.

4. When the Qmobile image appears, release the Volume Up(+) button and press the POWER button to open Recovery mode.

5. Use the Volume down key, select the menu item wipe data / factory reset and press the Volume Up(+) button.

6. Confirm the operation, select from the menu Yes - Delete All user data and confirm the operation using the Volume Up(+) button.

7. Select from the menu reboot system now and confirm the operation using the Volume Up(+) button.
