1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Next, press and hold the POWER and Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when the menu appears on the screen.

4. Select from the menu Recovery using the volume Up buttons and confirm the Volume down key.

5. When the Android image appears on the screen, press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) key for a couple of seconds.

6. To select wipe data / factory reset, use the volume down button, and then press the POWER button to confirm.

7. Select from the yes - delete all user data from the menu, and then press the POWER button to confirm .

8. Select from the menu "Reboot System Now", and then press the POWER button to confirm.
