1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Press Volume Down(-) and POWER buttons together for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when boot mode appears.

4. Select Recovery Use the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and Volume Up(+) to confirm the selection.

5. When the Android robot logo appears, press the POWER button.

6. Select from the wipe data / factory reset from the menu. Use the Volume Down(-) key to go through the menu items and Volume Up(+) to confirm.

7. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes and press Volume Up(+).

8. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press Volume Up(+).
