1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. After that, release the retained buttons when the Android robot logo appears on the screen.

4. To enter Recovery mode, press the POWER button.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the menu option wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.
