1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold Volume down key simultaneously with the POWER button within a few seconds.

3. Next, you need to release the POWER button when the logo appears, and then release Volume down.

4. Press the Volume Up(+) button to go to Recovery mode.

5. To select wipe data / factory reset, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
