1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key for a few seconds.

3. When the Android logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when you see Recovery mode.

5. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Down(-) key to go through the menu items and Volume Up(+) to confirm.

6. End the reset operation, select Yes and press the Volume Up(+) button.

7. Next, you need to overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the Volume Up(+) button.
