1. To start, turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down(-), Volume Up(+) buttons, POWER button.

3. Release the buttons when you see the Recovery Mode, enter the password of the Eluga terminal.

4. Select wipe data / factory reset, using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons for scrolling and the POWER button to confirm the operation.

5. Select Yes - Delete All User Data and press the POWER button to confirm the operation.
