1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. When the Android logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. When Recovery Mode appears, release the Volume Up(+) key.

5. Select wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button to confirm.
