1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button together for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the Pluzz logo on the screen.

4. Highlight the option "wipe data / factory reset. To move around the menu, use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button to confirm.
