1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press the POWER and Volume UP button together for a few seconds.

3. When Boot Mode appears, release all the keys.

4. Select from the Recovery menu using the Volume Up(+) key to go to menu items and Volume Down(-) to make a choice.

5. When the Android robot logo appears, press the POWER and Volume UP button.

6. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Confirm the operation, select Yes and confirm using the POWER button.

8. Select from the menu reboot system now and confirm using the POWER button.
