1. Phone need to turn off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. Release the pressed buttons when the Android robot appears on the screen.

4. To get in Recovery mode Press POWER button for a couple of seconds.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select the menu item wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. You need to receive a reset operation, select Yes and confirm the selection using the POWER button.

7. Overload your phone, select reboot system now and confirm the selection using the POWER button.
