1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. For a few seconds, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button.
3. Next, release the POWER button when you see the OUKITEL logo.
4. Release the Volume Up(+) button if recovery mode appears .
5. Select wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons for navigation and press the POWER button once.
