1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume down button for about 10 seconds.

3. Release the POWER button when the OnePlus logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Down(-) button if you see Recovery mode.

5. Select the desired language.

6. Select Wipe Data and Cache.

7. Select Factory Reset and Yes.
