1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. Release all the keys when the fastboot mode mode appears.

4. To select Recovery mode Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys, and press the POWER button to confirm.

5. As you can see, you are in Recovery Mode. Select a language using the same keys as before.

6. Now go to Wipe Data and Cache.

7. Select Erase Everything and confirm it.

8. Select Reboot.
