1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. Press for a few seconds Volume Up(+) and POWER key.

3. Release the buttons when it appears boot mode.

4. Select the recovery string. Use Volume Up(+) To go through the menu items and Volume Down(-) to confirm.

5. When the Android and "No Command Robot" image appears, press the POWER and Volume UP button again.

6. To select wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button.
