1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Connect the phone with Micro USB cable to a PC, laptop or charger.

3. When you see the charging indicator, press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button simultaneously.

4. When the Android robot logo appears, release all the keys and press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button to enter the menu.

5. Select from the wipe data / factory reset menu. Turning through the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm with the POWER button.

6. Select Yes - Delete all User Data Overcoming the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm with the POWER button.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now Turning the menu using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm with the POWER button.
