1. First, turn off your phone using the POWER button.

2. Then hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER keys together for a few seconds.

3. When the Android icon appears, release all keys.

4. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset menu option using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button once.

5. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes from the menu and confirm your selection using the POWER button.

6. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" and confirm with the POWER button.
