1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. At the same time, press and hold the POWER and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. Next, release the retained buttons when you see the MyPhone logo on the screen.

4. To open Recovery Mode, press the POWER button.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select the menu item wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. End the reset operation, select Yes and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

7. Select reboot system now and confirm using the POWER button.
