1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. When the MOBIISTAR logo appears, release all keys.

4. Once the Android Robot appears, press the POWER button once.

5. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset menu item using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button to confirm.
