1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) buttons, POWER within a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the menu.

4. Select Recovery Mode Use the Volume Up(+) button.

5. Select the option wipe data / factory reset Use the Volume Down(-) button to scroll and the menu key to confirm.

6. Select Yes - Delete All user Data and press the MENU button to confirm.

7. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the MENU button to confirm.
