1. Phone need to turn off.
2. Press together Volume Up(+) and POWER for a few seconds.
3. Release all the buttons when the Meitu logo appears.
4. After the Android robot image appears on the screen, press the Volume Up(+) and POWER button.
5. Highlight in the menu item wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate and the POWER button to select.
6. Confirm the reset operation, select Yes and press the POWER button once.
7. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button.
