1. To start, turn off your phone with the POWER button.
2. Press the POWER button and the Volume Down(-) button for a few seconds.
3. Release the POWER button when the M-HORSE logo appears.
4. Release the Volume Down(-) button when the Android robot appears.
5. Press the Home button to open Recovery Mode.
6. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset option using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and the POWER button to confirm.
7. Then use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select Yes and press the POWER button once.
8. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" with the POWER button.
