1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. You need to press and hold the Volume Down(-) buttons and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. In the menu that appears, select Recovery using the Volume Down(-) button to navigate through the menu options and the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

4. After the Android logo appears on the screen, press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button.

5. To select wipe data / factory reset use the Volume Down(-) button and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select Yes - delete all user data using the Volume Down(-) button to navigate the menu and press the POWER button to confirm.

7. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" using the Volume Down(-) button to navigate the menu and press the POWER button to confirm.
