1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and Volume Down(-) button simultaneously.


3. Hold these buttons, press and hold the POWER button.

4. Release the POWER button, as soon as the Lenovo logo appears on the screen.

5. When Recovery Mode will appear on the device screen. Release the other buttons.

6. Select English.

7. Select the WIPE USER DATA option.

8. Press Fuse Format Data and confirm the operation by clicking Yes.

9. When the Recovery menu appears on the screen, select reboot.
