1. Turn off the phone in any convenient way.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button at the same time within a few seconds.

3. Now, release the POWER button when you see the Lenovo logo on the screen.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button, as soon as it appears Recovery mode.

5. Select the option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume down key and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Further, confirm the operation, select Yes in the menu and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

7. Select "Reboot System Now and press the POWER button to confirm.
