1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER button simultaneously.

3. Once a new menu appears on the screen, release the keeled buttons.

4. Select Recovery mode using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to go through the menu items and the POWER button to confirm.
