1. To start the Hard reset procedure, the phone must be turned off.

2. At the same time, press and hold the POWER and Volume Down button for a few seconds.

3. Release all the keys as soon as the Lenovo logo appears on the screen.

4. Select Recovery From the menu buttons Volume Up(+)/Down(-) and confirm the selection by the POWER button.

5. To open Recovery mode Press POWER and Volume Up(+) button again.

6. Select from the menu option wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and confirm the POWER button.

7. Once again, in the menu wipe data / factory reset and confirm the selection by clicking the POWER button.

8. Overload the phone, select reboot system now and confirm the selection by clicking the POWER button.
