1. Turn off the phone with the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER key> Some time.

3. When you see the Lenovo logo, release the POWER button, and when Android Robot appears, release the Volume Up(+) key> .

4. Now press the POWER button to enter Recovery mode.

5. Select from the menu wipe data / factory reset using the Volume down key and press the Volume Up(+) button to confirm the selection.

6. You need to take a reset operation, select Yes. Use the Volume Down(-) button to go through the menu items and the Volume Up(+) button to confirm.

7. Now you need to overload the phone, select reboot system now and click the Volume Up(+) button to confirm the selection.
