1. First press the POWER button and select the power off option.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the LENOVO logo.

4. Select the wipe data / factory reset option from the menu, using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate through the menu options and the POWER button to confirmation.

5. Select "Yes" and press the POWER button to confirm.

6. Select Reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
