1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Press and hold the POWER button and the Volume Down(-) button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when Factory mode appears on the screen.

4. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select the Clear EMMC menu item and confirm the selection with the POWER button.
