1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.
2. Press Volume UP and POWER> for a few seconds.
3. When it appears Boot Mode, release all the buttons.
4. Select Recovery using the Volume Up(+) key to go through the menu items and Volume down to confirm.
5. When an Android robot image appears on the smartphone screen, press the POWER button and the Volume Up(+) button.
6. Use the Volume Down(-) button to select wipe data / factory reset, and press the POWER button to confirm.
7. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm.
8. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm.
