1. The phone must be switched off.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. Next, release the held buttons when you see the LeEco logo.

4. Press and hold the POWER button to enter Recovery Mode.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the item in the wipe data / factory reset menu and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. Press the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the Yes menu option and press the POWER button to confirm your selection.

7. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
