1. The phone must be turned off.

2. Hold down the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release these keys when Android Robot appears on the screen.

4. Press the POWER button to enter Recovery Mode.

5. Press the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to highlight the wipe data / factory reset option from the menu and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. Press the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select Yes from the menu and press the POWER button to confirm your selection.

7. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select "reboot system now" from the menu and press the POWER button to confirm your selection.
