1. First, turn off your phone using the POWER button.

2. Simultaneously hold down the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release all held buttons when you see the Android image.

4. To enter Recovery Mode, simply press the POWER button for a few seconds.

5. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to select.

6. Now, confirm the operation, select Yes using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to navigate the menu and the POWER button to confirm the selection.

7. Next, you need to reboot the phone, select "reboot system now" using the POWER button.
