1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down(-) and POWER keys at the same time.

3. When the KYOCERA logo appears, release all buttons.

4. To select wipe data / factory reset use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons and press the POWER button once.

5. Select Yes - delete all user data and press the POWER button once.

6. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button once.
