1. First, turn off your phone using the POWER button.

2. Then briefly press the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time.

3. Release all keys when you see the Android Robot image.

4. Now press the Volume Up(+) button to open the Recovery Mode.

5. Highlight the wipe data / factory reset menu option. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate and the POWER button to confirm your selection.
