1. To start hard reset, turn off your phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release this key when the Android robot appears.

4. Now press the Volume Up(+) key to open the Recovery Mode.

5. Then use Volume Down(-) to select wipe data / factory reset and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. Select Yes - delete all user data and press the POWER button once.

7. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button.
