1. Switch off your phone in any convenient way.

2. Then start briefly pressing the Volume Up(+) and POWER keys.

3. When the Android robot appears, release all held buttons.

4. Now you need to press the Volume Up(+) button.

5. Select the wipe data / factory reset option using the Volume Down(-) buttons to navigate and the POWER button to confirm your selection.

6. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes from the menu and press the POWER button.

7. To complete the operation, reboot your phone, select "reboot system now" with the POWER button.
