1. Turn off the phone while holding the POWER button.

2. Next, press the POWER and Volume Up(+) button together for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the Konka logo.

4. Select the wipe data / factory reset menu, using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and press the POWER button. to confirm the selection.

5. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.

6. The phone removes all settings and downloaded programs.
