1. To run the hardware reset on your device, holding the POWER button.

2. Press the Volume Up(+) button and the POWER button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the Konka logo.

4. Select from the wipe data / factory reset menu, using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button, To confirm the selection.

5. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
