1. Switch off the phone with the POWER button.
2. Then hold down the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.
3. Release all keys when Boot Mode appears.
4. Select Recovery from the menu using the Volume Up(+) button to navigate the menu and Volume Down(-) to confirm.
5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume Down(-) or Volume Up(+) button for a few seconds.
6. In recovery mode, select wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) buttons to navigate the menus and the POWER button to confirm your selection.
7. Approve the reset operation, select Yes and confirm with POWER.
8. Restart your phone, select "reboot system now" and press the POWER button once.
