1. To start hard reset, turn off the phone.

2. After that, simultaneously press the Volume UP and POWER and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When the Kenxinda logo appears, release the POWER button.

4. Release the Volume Up(+) button when you see the Android robot image.

5. Press the POWER and Volume Up(+) button again to go to Recovery mode .

7. Now you need to confirm the operation, select Yes in the menu and press the POWER button once.
