1. Turn off the phone using the POWER button.

2. Hold the Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons for a few seconds.

3. When the Kenxinda logo appears, release the POWER button, and when you see Android Robot, release the Volume Up(+) button.

4. Press Volume Up(+) and POWER buttons to go to Recovery Mode.

5. Select from the menu item wipe data / factory reset using the Volume Up(+)/Down(-) keys to go through the menu items and the POWER button, To confirm the selection.

7. To complete the operation overload the phone, select reboot system now and press the POWER button to confirm the selection.
